You may return merchandise purchased at if it meets the guidelines below.

Important: If you have any reason, you must return a portion of or all of your orders, please notify Malani Jewelers Inc. to receive an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the day that they are issued.


  • provides a 10-day, no-questions-asked, exchange on all products purchased of equal or higher value items, except special order items, gold & silver coins, gold bars, and loose stones. To make your exchange process easier, please download a Return Autorization Form, fill out all the information, and send it to us with your package.
  • If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 10 days of purchase. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee. The original shipping charges and insurance fee will also be deducted from the amount of your credit.
  • Any calls or return requests AFTER 10 days of receiving the jewelry will NOT be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • If you wish to cancel or change your mind about a Special Order item, you will be charged a 25-50% restocking fee.
  • In the case of a return, a credit will only be issued after we receive the merchandise in question. You have to ship the item along with shipping insurance. Malani Jewelers will not compensate the price for this shipment.
  • If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about your purchase please notify us by e-mail ( or phone ( 404-298-6950) and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.
  • All items listed as "Online Deals" or "Deal Of the Day" will not be accepted if returned, and no credit will be issued. Actual shipping charges paid by Malani Jewelers, Inc. will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. Our Low Prices do not allow further services here. Jewelry listed in these categories may be little inexact in finish, shape, color etc. than described/displayed.
  • In the case of an exchange of products, it is only valid one time.(Not valid on Layaways and Custom Orders)
  • We require a 50% down payment to initiate the Layaway Sale. Due to our low prices and price fluctuations all items kept on layaway require a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment. We DO NOT exchange items once kept on a layaway. All jewelry should be paid off within 30 days, unless written otherwise. If item(s) are not picked up and paid off within the time frame, then the money will be forfeited.
  • The following terms must be met by you:
    • Return the merchandise to us within 10 days of your original receipt of the order. The products must be returned in new, saleable condition.
    • You must include all packaging materials.
    • You must pay any return shipping expense.
    • Display the Item Code # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
